These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and EXATECH LABS LTD (company number 14755111), the company that operates AppStudio X, when you access or use Water Eject Ultra. By using the App, you agree to them.
Water Eject Ultra is an iOS utility provided by AppStudio X. Its tools use sound intended to help move water or dust from compatible device speakers, check speaker output, estimate ambient sound levels and play continuous tones. Water Eject Ultra is a convenience tool, not a diagnostic, repair, medical, safety or emergency service.
You may use Water Eject Ultra for personal, lawful purposes on a device you own or are authorised to operate. Follow the on-screen guidance and stop immediately if the device behaves unexpectedly. Do not use sound features with headphones, hearing aids or connected speakers, or at a volume that may cause discomfort or damage.
Water Eject Ultra may not remove all liquid or dust and cannot reverse corrosion, internal damage or unrelated faults. Sound-level readings are estimates and must not be used for occupational safety, medical or other regulated measurements. If a device remains wet, hot, distorted or unresponsive, switch it off and contact the manufacturer or a qualified repair professional.
We may update, suspend or discontinue Water Eject Ultra, including its sound patterns, routines and interface. We aim to keep the App reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device or iOS version.
The App does not require an account and does not transmit personal data to us during normal use. The dB Meter analyses microphone input in real time on your device; audio is not recorded, retained or transmitted. See the Water Eject Ultra Privacy Policy for full details.
Some features may be offered through an Apple in-app purchase. Apple processes payments under its own terms. The price and purchase conditions shown by Apple at the time of purchase apply. You can use Apple’s restore-purchases process where available and must request any eligible refund through Apple.
Water Eject Ultra, AppStudio X, the interface, branding, sound sequences, software and written content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the App but may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with or create a competing service from protected parts of it except where law expressly permits.
Water Eject Ultra is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not responsible for device damage, data loss, hearing discomfort, missed use or indirect loss arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that consumers may also have rights to bring claims in the courts where they live. If one part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
