Drafted for the Eject product concept.
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and AppStudio X when you access or use Eject. By using Eject, you agree to them.
Eject is a digital utility provided by AppStudio X that plays a low-frequency sound intended to help move water from a compatible device speaker. Eject is a convenience tool, not a diagnostic, repair, safety, or emergency service.
You may use Eject for personal, lawful purposes on a device you own or are authorised to operate. Follow the on-screen guidance, keep the speaker facing down where practical, and stop immediately if the device behaves unexpectedly. Do not use Eject with headphones, hearing aids, connected speakers, or at a volume that may cause discomfort or damage.
Eject may not remove all liquid and cannot reverse corrosion, internal damage, or faults unrelated to trapped water. Results vary by device, speaker design, liquid exposure, and condition. If a device remains wet, hot, distorted, or unresponsive, switch it off and contact the manufacturer or a qualified repair professional.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue Eject, including its sound patterns and interface, at any time. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation on every browser, operating system, or device.
The core Eject tool does not require an account and is not designed to record microphone audio. We may receive limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service, such as device type, browser version, approximate region, and anonymous usage events. We do not sell personal information.
Eject, AppStudio X, the interface, branding, sound sequence, software, and written content are owned by AppStudio X or its licensors. You may use the service but may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or create a competing service from protected parts of Eject except where law expressly permits it.
Eject is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppStudio X excludes implied warranties and is not responsible for device damage, data loss, hearing discomfort, missed use, or indirect loss arising from use of Eject. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that consumers may also have rights to bring claims in the courts where they live. If one part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
Questions about Eject or these terms can be sent to hello@appstudiox.store. We may update these terms when the service changes; the effective date below will show the latest revision.
