Effective date: 1 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how EXATECH LABS LTD, the company that operates AppStudio X (“we”, “us” or “our”), handles information when you use the UK Naturalisation Tracker iOS application (the “App”).
EXATECH LABS LTD is a private limited company registered in England under company number 14755111. Its registered office is 37 Downhills Way, London, England, N17 6AN.
1. What the App does
UK Naturalisation Tracker helps you understand where a UK naturalisation or registration application may sit in the decision queue. It uses the route and dates you provide, together with aggregated reported case outcomes, to present an estimated decision window, milestones and queue context.
The App provides general information and estimates only. It is not affiliated with the Home Office or UK Visas and Immigration and does not provide immigration or legal advice.
2. Information you provide
The App does not require you to create an account. To generate and maintain your tracker, you may provide:
- the naturalisation or registration route that applies to the case;
- the application submission date;
- a biometrics date and other relevant milestone dates;
- a current application status or outcome; and
- case updates you choose to log.
Do not enter a name, email address, passport number, Home Office reference number, payment-card details, copies of documents or any other information that directly identifies the applicant. The App does not need those details to provide an estimate.
3. How case information is used
The App uses the route, dates and milestones you enter to calculate and display a personal timeline. Saved tracker information may be stored locally on your device so that your case remains available when you reopen the App.
When the App requests current queue information, it may send the route and relevant application month or dates to our service so that the correct aggregate results can be returned. If you choose to log or contribute a case update, the route, dates, milestones and outcome you submit may be combined with other reported cases to improve future aggregate estimates. We do not need your name or contact details for this processing.
Because an unusual combination of dates could potentially distinguish a case, you should treat the case information you submit as personal data even where it does not include your name.
4. Technical information
When the App connects to our service, our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as an IP address, request time, App version, device or operating-system version and error information. We use this information to deliver the requested results, maintain security, diagnose faults and prevent misuse. We do not use naturalisation case information for targeted advertising and we do not sell it.
5. Notifications
If you enable reminders, the App may schedule notifications on your device to prompt you when a milestone or estimated window approaches. You control notification permission through iOS settings and can disable it at any time.
6. Subscriptions and purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases and subscriptions under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. The App may receive a transaction identifier, subscription status and entitlement information from Apple, or from a subscription service used in the shipping version, to unlock and restore paid features and provide purchase support.
7. Support communications
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use it to answer the request, provide support, protect our legal rights or meet legal obligations. Please do not include application references, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information in a support message.
8. How information is shared
We may use service providers to host the aggregate queue service, deliver subscription entitlements, secure the App and handle support email. They may process information only to provide those services to us and under appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal request, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a corporate transaction. We do not sell case information or share it with the Home Office or UK Visas and Immigration for decision-making.
9. Retention and deletion
Information stored only on your device remains there until you clear the tracker or delete the App. Case updates contributed to the aggregate dataset may be retained while they remain useful for producing and auditing statistical estimates, then deleted or anonymised. Technical logs are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for security and reliability. Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
To ask us to delete a contributed case update, contact support@appstudiox.store with the approximate route, dates and time of submission needed to locate it. We may not be able to identify a contribution if it has already been aggregated or anonymised.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, or to complain to a data-protection authority. You can also delete local tracker information in the App, remove the App, and disable notifications in iOS settings.
To exercise a privacy right, email support@appstudiox.store. We may need enough information to verify and locate the relevant record.
11. Children and dependent cases
The App is intended for adults tracking their own application or an application they are authorised to manage, including a dependent child’s registration case. Do not enter a child’s direct identifiers. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal data or create an account.
12. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. Our service providers may process information in the United Kingdom or other countries; where required, we use recognised safeguards for international transfers.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its providers or its data practices change. We will update the effective date above and provide additional notice where appropriate.
14. Contact us
For privacy questions or requests, contact support@appstudiox.store.
